ಪೂರ್ಣ ವಾಕ್ಯ: ಛನ್ದಸಿ ಭಯ್ಯ-ಪ್ರವಯ್ಯೇ

ಅರ್ಥ: ವೇದೇಷು - 'ಭಯ್ಯ' ತಥಾ 'ಪ್ರವಯ್ಯಾ' ಏತೌ ಶಬ್ದೌ ನಿಪಾತ್ಯೇತೇ ।
Meaning: In the context of Vedas, the words भय्य (the one from which somebody is afraid) and the word प्रवय्या (= a female being impregnated) are seen used (and should thus be considered derived).
