ಪೂರ್ಣ ವಾಕ್ಯ: ಏಕಹಲ್ಮಧ್ಯೇ ಅನಾದೇಶಾದೇಃ ಅಙ್ಗಸ್ಯ ಅತಃ ಏತ್ ಕಿತಿ ಲಿಟಿ, ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಲೋಪಃ ಚ ।

ಅರ್ಥ: ಅನಾದೇಶಾದೇಃ ಅಙ್ಗಸ್ಯ ಏಕಹಲ್ಮಧ್ಯೇ ಸ್ಥಿತಸ್ಯ ಅಕಾರಸ್ಯ ಲಿಟ್-ಲಕಾರಸ್ಯ ಕಿತ್-ಪ್ರತ್ಯಯೇ ಪರೇ ಏಕಾರಾದೇಶಃ ಭವತಿ, ತಥಾ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಸ್ಯ ಲೋಪಃ ಭವತಿ ।
Meaning: When followed by a कित्-प्रत्यय of लिट्-लकार, The अकारः of an अङ्गम् is converted to एकार, and the अभ्यास is removed; provided that there is no संयोग before as well as after this अकार, and that the first letter of the अङ्गम् is not changed due to any आदेश.
