Commentary
The chapter closes with its fruit: the discernment (with the eye of knowledge, not mere intellect) that body and consciousness are distinct, and that beings are released from material nature through this very discernment, is what leads to the supreme goal — the entire teaching of the chapter distilled into one closing verse.
