न बुद्धिभेदं जनयेदज्ञानां कर्मसङ्गिनाम् ।
जोषयेत्सर्वकर्माणि विद्वान्युक्तः समाचरन् ॥ ३-२६॥

ಅನ್ವಯ (ವಾಕ್ಯ ಮಟ್ಟ)
ವಿದ್ವಾನ್ ಯುಕ್ತಃ ಸಮಾಚರನ್ ಕರ್ಮಸಂಗಿನಾಂ ಅಜ್ಞಾನಾಂ ಬುದ್ಧಿಭೇದಂ ನ ಜನಯೇತ್; (ಬದಲಿಗೆ) ಸರ್ವಕರ್ಮಾಣಿ ಜೋಷಯೇತ್.
ಜ್ಞಾನಿಯು, ತಾನು ಯೋಗಯುಕ್ತನಾಗಿ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಆಚರಿಸುತ್ತಾ, ಕರ್ಮಾಸಕ್ತ ಅಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳ ಬುದ್ಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗೊಂದಲ ಉಂಟುಮಾಡಬಾರದು; ಬದಲಿಗೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕರ್ಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಬೇಕು.
ಶ್ಲೋಕಾರ್ಥ (ಶ್ಲೋಕ ಮಟ್ಟ)
ಕರ್ಮಫಲಕ್ಕೆ ಅಂಟಿಕೊಂಡವರ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ವಿದ್ವಾಂಸನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಬಾರದು, ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರೆ ಅವರ ಬುದ್ಧಿ ಭಂಗವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ವಿದ್ವಾಂಸನು ನಿರತನಾಗಿ ಅಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕರ್ಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿ ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.
ವ್ಯಾಖ್ಯಾನ
ಜ್ಞಾನಿಯು ಅಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳ ಮನಸ್ಸನ್ನು ಗಲಿಬಿಲಿಗೊಳಿಸಬಾರದು ಎಂದು ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. "ಕರ್ಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯುಳ್ಳ (ಕರ್ಮಸಂಗಿನಾಂ) ಅಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳ (ಅಜ್ಞಾನಾಂ) ಬುದ್ಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭೇದವನ್ನು (ಗೊಂದಲವನ್ನು) (ಬುದ್ಧಿಭೇದಂ) ಜ್ಞಾನಿಯು ಉಂಟುಮಾಡಬಾರದು (ನ ಜನಯೇತ್). ಬದಲಾಗಿ, ಜ್ಞಾನಿಯು (ವಿದ್ವಾನ್) ತಾನು ಯೋಗಯುಕ್ತನಾಗಿ (ಯುಕ್ತಃ) ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಆಚರಿಸುತ್ತಾ (ಸಮಾಚರನ್), ಅವರನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕರ್ಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ (ಪ್ರೀತಿಯಿಂದ) ತೊಡಗಿಸಬೇಕು (ಜೋಷಯೇತ್ ಸರ್ವಕರ್ಮಾಣಿ)." ಅಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳನ್ನು ಒಮ್ಮೆಲೇ ಕರ್ಮದಿಂದ ವಿಮುಖಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಬಾರದು. ಬದಲಾಗಿ, ತಾನು ಅನಾಸಕ್ತ ಕರ್ಮವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸುತ್ತಾ, ಅವರಿಗೂ ಅವರವರ ಯೋಗ್ಯತೆಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ಕರ್ಮ ಮಾಡಲು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಬೇಕು.

Anvaya (Phrase Level)
vidvān yuktaḥ samācaran karmasaṅgīnām ajñānām buddhibhedam na janayet; (instead) sarvakarmāṇi joṣayet.
The wise one, himself acting steadfastly and well, should not create confusion of intellect in the ignorant who are attached to action; instead, he should engage them in all actions.
Translation (Sloka Level)
The wise should not unsettle the minds of those who are attached to the fruits of action; instead, remaining engaged himself, he should inspire the ignorant to perform all their duties.
Commentary
Krishna cautions that a person of knowledge should not confuse the minds of the ignorant. Rather than abruptly turning them away from action, the wise person should continue performing selfless action himself, and encourage others to act according to their own capacity and station.
