Meaning: the Lord of the past, the future, and the present
ವ್ಯಾಕರಣ: ಭೂತ (past) + ಭವ್ಯ (future) + ಭವತ್ (present) + ಪ್ರಭು (lord) — ತತ್ಪುರುಷ ಸಮಾಸ,
