ಭೂತಭಾವನಃ (bhūtabhāvanaḥ)
ಅರ್ಥ: ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜೀವಿಗಳ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ/ಪೋಷಣೆಗೆ ಕಾರಣನಾದವನು
Meaning: he who nurtures and brings about the growth of all beings
ವ್ಯಾಕರಣ: ಭೂತ (beings) + ಭಾವನ (causative agent, from ಧಾತು ಭೂ) — ತತ್ಪುರುಷ ಸಮಾಸ,
ಪ್ರಥಮಾ ಏಕವಚನ ಪುಲ್ಲಿಂಗ. "ಭಾವನ" — ಣಿಚ್ ಪ್ರತ್ಯಯಾಂತ ಕರ್ತೃವಾಚಕ ರೂಪ, "ಇರುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವವನು/
ಬೆಳೆಸುವವನು" ಎಂಬರ್ಥ.
