ಶ್ಲೋಕ ೧೦೩ - ವಿಷ್ಣು ಸಹಸ್ರನಾಮ

ಪ್ರಮಾಣಂ ಪ್ರಾಣನಿಲಯಃ ಪ್ರಾಣಭೃತ್ಪ್ರಾಣಜೀವನಃ ।
ತತ್ತ್ವಂ ತತ್ತ್ವವಿದ್ಏಕಾತ್ಮಾ ಜನ್ಮಮೃತ್ಯುಜರಾತಿಗಃ ॥ ೧೦೩ ॥

ಪದ ಅರ್ಥ

ಪದ	Meaning
ಪ್ರಮಾಣಂ	The standard of true knowledge
ಪ್ರಾಣನಿಲಯಃ	The resting place of the life-breath
ಪ್ರಾಣಭೃತ್	The sustainer of the life-breath
ಪ್ರಾಣಜೀವನಃ	The one who gives life to the life-breath
ತತ್ತ್ವಂ	The ultimate truth itself
ತತ್ತ್ವವಿತ್	The knower of truth
ಏಕಾತ್ಮಾ	The one Self
ಜನ್ಮಮೃತ್ಯುಜರಾತಿಗಃ	One who transcends birth, death, and old age

(प्रमाणं प्राणनिलयः प्राणभृत्प्राणजीवनः ।
तत्त्वं तत्त्वविदेकात्मा जन्ममृत्युजरातिगः ॥ १०३ ॥)

pramāṇaṃ prāṇanilayaḥ prāṇabhṛtprāṇajīvanaḥ |
tattvaṃ tattvavidekātmā janmamṛtyujarātigaḥ || 103 ||
